Unison Housing Partner’s Alto Apartments, has 70 affordable housing units with built-in services that are provided by the Center for Career and Community Enrichment. In addition this property will contain office space for Unison Housing Partners and Low Income Family Empowerment. Alto Apartments is just blocks from the Westminster light rail station to downtown Denver.   As well as adjacent to the new 40-acre Little Dry Creek Park. Alto Apartments provides 90% of the affordable housing units to households at or below 50% AMI, with the remaining 7 units at 60% AMI. Financing sources include LIHTC equity, State, County, and City HOME grants, and public housing disposition funds.
