FAQs:
How do I sign up as a student or retiree?
This feature is not available online. In order to sign up, please contact us at miranda@housingcolorado.org
I logged in, but how can I renew our organization's dues?
Organizational dues are connected to the primary account holder. If you are unsure who the primary contact is or what the login is, please contact Housing Colorado staff and we are happy to help you.
Can I see the list of current member organizations before I join Housing Colorado?
Yes, all of our current members are listed here.
What should I do if I am unsure about which dues category to select for my organization?
Your dues category is based on your annual budget revenue. If you are an international or national firm with little business in Colorado, or if you do not currently have a large affordable portfolio, you might be having trouble defining your revenue amount. You can reach out to staff with questions specific to your organization and we can help you determine what amount is right.
Do you offer individual (non-organizational) memberships?
No - we do offer student/retiree individual memberships, but otherwise an individual will need to sign up with an organizational membership and will be listed under their organization.
If everyone in the organization is given access to membership, how do I add them into the system?
There are two ways to create individual logins for your staff:
- When the primary contact logs in to the main organizational account, they can click on "manage profile" and then add sub-accounts from that screen.
- You can also email a list of staff members including their names, titles, and email addresses, and our team can create a profile for each person. We are happy to help!
What is your membership cancellation policy?
We are committed to your complete satisfaction as a member of Housing Colorado; however, once your membership has been approved and funds have been received, no refund or portion thereof is authorized.
