Please join us at the Mile High United Way of Denver for a morning filled with a needed discussion around affordable homeownership in our communities. Our panelists will provide hands on insight to the following:
- Homeownership, why is it important to our communities?
- What are the challenges and opportunities for lenders, realtors, builders, developers, and home buyer counselors in serving home buyers in the affordable market?
- Affordable homeownership, what happened to starter home inventory?
- What financing tools are available?
We will also discuss recent and proposed local programs around our state advancing affordable homeownership. Bring your questions and your appetite. Breakfast will be provided.
