Even before COVID-19 upended the 2020 legislative session, housing was an issue for many Colorado legislators.  Housing Colorado worked on bills that addressed landlord-tenant relationship, support for homeless, support services, and youth.  We addressed discrimination for source of income and hair style.    Mobile home parts owners and tenants garnered interest, as did inclusionary zoning and funding for the eviction legal defense fund.  

Post quarantine the legislature addressed the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine.  Housing Colorado worked to identify and pursue funding for rent and mortgage assistance from state, federal and taxing sources.
