Althea Arnold and Justin Edwards from Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) will share the latest on the 117th Congress and the Biden Administration, and how both could impact key affordable housing issues in 2021 and beyond. Topics addressed will include: Committee assignments and key players in the 117th Congress and Administration; federal funding; Low Income Housing Tax Credit legislation; and other affordable housing priorities.

SAHF is a policy and practice collaborative of thirteen of the country’s most innovative multi-state nonprofits who collectively own and operate more than 147,000 affordable rental homes across the country. Althea and Justin work closely with Congress, HUD, and other federal and state agencies to build support and remove barriers o the preservation and production of high quality affordable rental homes.
