Join us for the 33rd annual Housing Colorado conference in Breckenridge, Colorado. Housing Colorado's 2021 conference features educational information of the highest caliber on best practices, innovative ideas, and current issues for affordable housing professionals. The 2021 Housing Colorado Conference will be held in-person this year at the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center in Breckenridge, Colorado. For those attendees who are not ready to travel or are still restricted through their organization, Housing Colorado will offer a virtual conference option as well. Our virtual platform will offer networking, a live kick-off with Q&A, and access to the same conference sessions seen by the live audience in an on-demand pre-recorded format. A number of sessions will be released the same day as the live conference. We will have two registration types - one for attendance at the live event, which will include access to the virtual platform, and one that will be virtual access only. More information including log-in instructions and how to access the platform will be sent one week prior to the event. Please note that no-sessions in the virtual platform will be “live.”

Online registration will close Sunday, October 10th at 11:59 pm. Onsite registration may be available at the conference if we have not sold out. If available, onsite registration fees (full conference and 1-day) will go up by $100. Please review our COVID policy.
Cancellation Policy: Conference registration may be transferred to another member from your organization at any time without fees. Cancelled registrations must be submitted in writing via email to phillip@housingcolorado.org. Cancellations made before October 1st will be charged a $50 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations will be made October 1st, 2021 or after. If you are considering canceling due to changes in pandemic restrictions or concern about COVID-19 dangers, please contact phillip@housingcolorado.org to discuss options.
