'Tis the season to be jolly! What better way to celebrate the year than by attending the Housing Colorado Holiday Luncheon? This event is an opportunity to network in-person with the housing community and celebrate this year's successes.

Housing Colorado will also be hosting our annual business meeting during the luncheon.

The Housing Colorado community wants to give back this year by hosting donating a portion of your registration to Brothers Redevelopment and their Colorado Housing Connects Program. The Colorado Housing Connects phone line specializes in helping people navigate non-emergency housing services and resources. This free bilingual helpline provides information about a wide range of housing services and topics of interest to renters, landlords, first-time homebuyers, seniors, persons with disabilities and anyone with fair housing concerns. Plus, Colorado Housing Connects is the gateway to all the enduring, successful housing-related programs offered by Brothers Redevelopment to promote, preserve and protect sustainable affordable housing for Coloradans.

Health & Safety Guidelines

At Housing Colorado, we take the health and safety of our members and conference attendees very seriously. As a part of our commitment to you, we will be using the following Health and Safety Guidelines for our this event. • Masks will be required of all attendees while not eating or drinking.
• Proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. All attendees will be required to have been fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event. 
• Color-coded lanyards for contact – To encourage respect towards people’s boundaries around personal contact, we are using colored lanyards to help people communicate their comfort level. Using stop light colors: Red means “Please Social Distance,” Yellow means, “Still Cautious/Ok with Fist Bump,” and Green means “Bring on the Handshakes, High Fives & Hugs.”
• At the time of registration, you will be required to acknowledge understanding of the Housing Colorado's Assumption of Risk Waiver. You can preview the attestation here. 

Event Cancellation Policy: Event registrations may be transferred to another member from your organization at any time without fees. Cancelled registrations must be submitted in writing via email to phillip@housingcolorado.org. Cancellations made on or before December 9, 2021 will be charged 10% of the registration cost as a processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made after December 9, 2021. Exceptions to this cancelation policy may be made for those who are unable to attend due to COVID-19 exposure or diagnosis. Housing Colorado reserves the right to cancel any event if there are insufficient registrations.
