Join us for the 34th annual Housing Colorado conference in Breckenridge, Colorado. Housing Colorado's 2022 conference features educational information of the highest caliber on best practices, innovative ideas, and current issues for affordable housing professionals.

The 2022 Housing Colorado Conference will be held in-person this year at the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center in Breckenridge, Colorado. For more information about the schedule, keynotes, receptions and workshops please visit our schedule at a glance page. We will have two registration options - one for attendance at the live event, which will include access to the virtual platform, and one that will be virtual access only.  

Our virtual platform will offer networking, access to select Keynote livestreams including Q&A participation, session conference recordings (available post-session each day), and the Conference Attendee List. Virtual Attendee registration does not include access to Special Events or an Attendee Giveaway Bag.

Online registration will close Sunday, October 10th at 11:59 pm. Onsite registration may be available at the conference if we have not sold out. If available, onsite registration fees (full conference and 1-day) will go up by $100.

Lodging Information & Group Rates
There are a limited number of blocked rooms for Housing Colorado Conference attendees at the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center and DoubleTree. Group rates will be available until 9/5/2022 or until capacity has been met. To view rooms and access the group rate, please use this link.

Cancellation Policy: Conference registration may be transferred to another member from your organization at any time without fees. Cancelled registrations must be submitted in writing via email to phillip@housingcolorado.org. Cancellations made before October 1st will be charged a $50 processing fee.  No refunds for cancellations will be made October 1st, 2022 or after.
