Please join us for a morning filled with a thought-provoking discussion on how to use demographic data to understand the nuances of housing needs in Colorado communities, and plan for a more responsive housing continuum and affordable housing landscape. Our panelists will provide some insight to the following questions:

  • What are the current trends in the demographic picture of Colorado and what future trends are anticipated?
  • How can you use data and demographics to speak about the housing continuum and current and projected housing needs with advocates, peers, and decision makers (city council members, planning board members)?
  • What data is missing and how can housing needs assessments fill in that data?

Bring your questions and your appetite. Breakfast will be provided.

Panelists:
- Elizabeth Garner, State Demographer - DOLA
- Heidi Aggeler, Managing Director - Root Policy Research

Schedule:
