Another year has come and gone, and Housing Colorado is ready to kick off 2025 in style! The Young Professionals Committee is excited to kick off the first YP event of the year at RubinBrown's new space in Downtown Denver. While these events are especially catered to young professionals, emerging leaders, and those new to the industry, we invite all to attend! 

Registration is $10** for members, $15** for non-members and includes a limited open bar and light bites.
**If payment is a barrier to attending, we are happy to provide scholarships for folks to attend. Please email info@housingcolorado.org to make arrangements.

Parking will be provided in the adjacent garage and validated upon arrival.
