Lt. Gov Donna Lynne Speaks at Annual Legislative Lunch:

On February 1st, over 150 members of Colorado’s Affordable Housing Industry joined Housing Colorado for our annual Legislative Lunch. Executive Director Sara Reynolds updated members on bills effecting affordable housing this legislative session with a special focus on SB 007, a bill to extend Colorado’s Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program (formerly LIHTC).

Housing Colorado members lunched and networked with state legislators and their aides. A highlight of the conversation was the recently released Shift Report, Exploring Colorado’s Housing Affordability Challenges in All of Their Complexity.

Housing Colorado was honored to have Lt. Governor Donna Lynne as our keynote speaker. The Lt. Governor spoke passionately about the role affordable housing plays in strengthening the state’s economy and making Colorado a great place to live. 

Lt. Gov Donna Lynne joins Housing Colorado Board Chair Lee Patke, Executive Director Sara Reynolds, and Chair Elect Amy Case.
