Last night, the 2018 legislative session officially came to a close. With an increase in appropriations towards affordable housing, extension of the state Affordable Housing Tax Credit (formerly LIHTC), and new laws protecting renter's rights and supporting the non-profit community, Housing Colorado is celebrating many successes this session.
